emisspro® is a family of advanced ceramic coating materials that were developed to maximize process efficiency in fired heaters and improve radiation heat transfer. It can reduce up to 6 percent of fuel consumption. It has been widely accepted by large industries both domestic and international resulting in 100 furnaces installation in 2016.

Outcome/Impact:  The application of emisspro® in 100 clients’ manufacturing processes has showed that fuel consumption can be cut by over 36,500 tons/year and release of greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere has been reduced by 100,000 tons/year.
